How to call the URL in the Help Text of the Chart

I have to call the URL in the Help Text of the Chart

Chart Properties -Caption -Help Text ? - How to call the URL here

example : http://google.com

Text Box and Table - we can call the URL like

=

'Google'&'<URL>'&'http://www.google.com/search?q='

If I select ? in the chart - it has to call the URL.
