Check this image and follow the numbers

Goto Chart Properties -- Presentation -- Setting -- Font -- Color -- Color Change -- Then click all ok and then see.

Dear Shekhar,

Here is the way to Change Chart legend Color,

Chart Properties > Presentation > Show Legend > Settings... > Font > Color > Select Color > Apply > OK > OK > Apply > OK.
