How to change template name in publisher

I want to change the Reduced Document Name in publisher.

eg.    %SourceDocumentName% %DocumentField,Currency% %dd%-%MM%-%yyyy%

created name is   Test USD 01-11-2014.qvw

I want date as 31-10-2014 means one day before the selected date.

Required output as Test USD 31-10-2014.qvw

How to write that date field in template?
