How to change text colour in rows in a dimension

How do I change the text colour to red in two of the rows in the following table -

I would like to always highlight the 'Distance Learning', and 'Other open...' rows in red text.

May be use Dual statement for your expression

Dual(If(Expression = 0, '-', Expression, Expression)

and then choose 'Expression Default' on number's tab for number formatting
