How to combine 12 dimension names into one single dimension

The attached includes the following dimensions: [Fiscal Year], [Customer ID], 12 fiscal period dimensions with sales data populated for each fiscal period

I have 12 Dimensions named:

FJ01,FJ02,FJ03,FJ04,FJ05,FJ06,FJ07,FJ08,FJ09,FJ10,FJ11,FJ12

Each Dimension contains sales data for that particular fiscal period.

FJ01 means Fiscal period one, FJ02 means Fiscal Period 2, FJ03 means Fiscal Period 3 . etc

I have already created a new New Dimension called [Total Projection] which combines the sales data from each FJ dimension into one field

(FJ01+FJ02+FJ03.......+FJ12)  as [Total Projection]

However i would like to create another New Dimension called [Fiscal period].

which i am not sure how to do or how to start.

The Goal is to have one Dimension called [Fiscal Period] that includes the fiscal period that the sale occured

[Fiscal Period] will include the Fiscal Period identifier FJ01 FJ02 FJ03 ....etc in one Dimension

and one called

[Total Projection] which includes sales data for each FJ01,FJ02, FJ03.....FJ12

instead of having to show 12 different columns for each fiscal period and Sales Data.
