How to configure qvw file in Qlikview Publisher/Distributer

Hi Friends

I know the functionlty of QlikView Publisher. But I don't know how to use it.

Can any body please provide me  *.qvw file and how to configure it in Qlikview Publisher/Distributer step by step.
