Select Dimension, create expressions.

Ex:

Dimension: Country

Expression1: Sum(Sales)

Expression2: Sum(Costs)...

Select some other options.... finally .. Apply, OK.

Like this, you could create bar charts.

Adjust the options for the axis and scale.
