That is an graphical images.

Hi use text box and in background select image instead of color in general tab.

I did so, but how do I fix it for all the dashboards?

If you see the image its almost like a menu bar, how can I make it?

this can be done by loading images in text objects.

crating layout conditions, i.e conditional hide/show of objects.

changing look and feel with colors
