How to create a map?

I would need to create a map which shows the postcodes locations. Please can anyone suggest me how to do this.

If you have problems opening the QAR file, try opening the link from Chrome rather than Internet Explorer.

Please help as I can ' table to open the extension . everytime it is showing as in attached. Do I need to delete any files?
