Look at the Hiearchy  function

Using the data below:

[Data]:
LOAD ProjectName,
TaskName,
TaskOutlineLevel,
TaskId,
ParentTaskId,
ProjectId,
TaskClientUniqueId,
ParentTaskName
FROM
[H:\Temp\test data.xlsx]
(ooxml, embedded labels, table is Sheet1);

[HierarchyTree]:
Hierarchy (TaskId,Parent,NodeName,'PathParent',NodeName,'TaskPath','/',Depth)
LOAD TaskId,
ParentTaskId as Parent,
TaskName as NodeName
Resident [Data];
