Hi all,
I have 3 values A, B, and C which are derived from 2 dimensions:
Dimension 1 'Activity': discharge or load
Dimension 2 'Status': rotten or fresh
A is derived value based on Dimensions : Activity=Discharge and Status=Rotten or Status=Fresh |
B is aderived value based on Dimensions : Activity=Load and Status=Rotten or Status=Fresh |
C is derived value based on Dimension: Status=Fresh |
I would like to display out the following data values without having the user to select the time frame.
-Monthly (Eg. Mar 12)
-Monthly Year on year change (Eg. Mar 12 vs Mar 11)
-Cumulative year-to-date (Eg. Jan 12-Mar 12)
-Cumulative year-to-date Year on year change(Eg. Jan 12-Mar 12 vs Jan11-Mar11)
Pls see attached excel worksheet for template.
I was able to display out the monthly figures and cumulative year to data (using range sum function) figures. Can anyone teach me the formula on how to display year on year data for both monthly and cumulative year-to-date comparison?
Thanks!!
