How to find difference of data of 2 months

Hello everyone,

Please help me.

I have 2 csv files , Aug.csv and Sep.csv. Both the csv file have  common fields. How do i find the  difference.

for example :

Aug.csv has  following fields and values

lbl_id = Aug

Math=96

Phy = 93

Chem = 97

and Sep csv has following fields and values

lbl_id = Sep

Math =  89

Phy = 97

Chem = 100

How do i  find the  difference?
