How to find percentage of Default

I have calculated default using Sum([Qty to be delivered]-[Cumulative delivered]). Now I want to calculate the default percentage.

Any help would be highly appreciated. I want to get default percentage of each order and the total default percentage of each vendor. Please Help. stalwar1‌
