How to find special character *'* (39) in a SAP table

BW load from COPA fails due to "no SID for Value ' "

I have tried to find this in table CE11000 but I can't get my global search to find the character.

Would appreciate any hints

In Cube There is alwalys a SID to connect Fact and Dimention.

Can you post script/.
