How to fix the number of data points in a graph.

I have a QVD which gets the data for 24 months.  However, I should always display the top 12 months only in the graph. How can I do it ?  The rest of the tabs in the dashboard will display all 24 months.  Only the graph ( combo chart : Line and Bar ) should display latest 12 months worth of data.

Under Presentation --> Max Number, specify the no. you want.
