How to get count of people whose joining and exit happend in same day

Hi Friends,

I am looking for who can help me out to get

Count of people who joined an organization and exit same day.?

Ex: if 10 people joined in a company on 18thMarch2015 and their termination happend on same day.In this case i want to get the count as 10.
