Hi,

Do you have the extension installed correctly?

Is it an object or document extension?

Have you installed it? Double click it to install it. Then you have to add it to the qvw  see below

Hi,

OK, I am not sure if these are Document extensions are Object extensions and I guide you a little of course. If they are document extensions they will show under the document properties. If they are document objects you will find them when you go into WebView and Click o New Sheet Object.

You have to put the extension on the server. So copy the extension folder from C:\Users\YourUserID\AppData\Local\QlikTech\QlikView\

to C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer on the server
