How to get leatest Tier of the customer

Hi All ,

I seek your guidance to find out latest tier of the customer.

I attached the sample report which i created , what i need is if customer is having "Base" & "Silver" tier then in end report only "Silver" should reflect . If customer is having Base / Silver / Gold , then Gold should reflect .

I also need total revenue & not bill details .

Looking out for quick help

Hi All,

Looking for some really great tips here .

I am also attaching data here .

I am totaly clueless on how to get information from last transaction & 2nd last transaction of particular member .(Set Analysis also not helping me much Or i maynot be having that much expertise.)
