Using selections:

Select all products - you get customers who bout at least something.  Now, in customers, select excluded.

Can also do it in expression using set analysis.

But try this,

Ordered:

Load

Customer_key,

Order_key,

From Ordered;

Customer:

Load

Customer_key as customer

from Customer

where not exists(Customer_key,customer_key)
