How to identify user group of a particular user?

Hi All,

I want to create a section access for default selection for different users.

For this we have all the users in 4 user group as East,West,North,South.

I just want to identify the user group of a particular user so that i can have default selection for that particular group.

Can anyone please help me on the same.
