How to make use of Button to exclude SEGMENT = Related Coy ?

Hi All

My button 1 for select SEGMENT = Related Coy is working fine

I have try below :-

My Button 2 for exclude SEGMENT -=Related Coy not working

My Button 2 for exclude SEGMENT <>Related Coy not working

Hope some one can advise me.

1) Selected Related Coy
