How to merge different columns into single table

I have 4 tables TABLEA, TABLEB, TABLEC, TABLED.

TABLE A            TABLE B              TABLE C                      TABLE D

S.NO SALES      S.NO DATE          S.NO PRODUCTS        S.NO LOCATION

1        253              1    01/03/18        1        LENOVO            1        HYD

Left Join them all into a single table

Table:

LOAD S.NO,

     SALES

FROM TABLE A;

Left Join (Table)

LOAD S.NO,

     DATE

FROM TABLE B;

Left Join (Table)

Left Join (Table)
