How to modify the scale of the vertical axis in depends on the value of the horizontal axis A or B ?

In the chart axes properties there are static Min, Max & Step options which will allow you to modify the scale on axis. using static step you can reduce or increase the graph scale.

In Chart Proprties --> Axis --> you can find Options like (Static Min, Static Max, Static Step) you can Adjust your scale there
