How to plot a KMeans chart

Hi Folks,

I want to plot a chart like this:

My data is like this:

subject	XAxis	YAxis	Cluster
item1	1	3	1
item2	1	2	2
item3	2	3	1
item4	1	6	3
ClusterCenter1	2	3	1
ClusterCenter2	3	4	2
ClusterCenter3	1	5	3

Scaterred plot is not working!
