How to print different bar colours based on calculations?

Hi guys, I have a table in Qlikview like this :

As you can see, the value on november and december is the same. I want to do something like : if the value of november is the same as the previous month, print the bar as red. Something like this (done with paint) :

Any ideas about how to do this?

Under background color on your expression (see screenshot below), use an expression that looks like:

if(YourExpression = above(YourExpression), rgb(255,0,0))
