How to pull a specific column from a pivot table

If I activate a sheet object,

Set tb2 = ActiveDocument.GetSheetObject("CH14")

and the sheet object is a pivot table or a straight table, how do I pull a specific column from that sheet object?  I need to do this as a VB Macro.
