How to reach user in Qlikview Management Console

i have Small business Enterprise Server License.

i made user in window Like USER1,USER2,USER3,USER4

But  How i reach these user in QMC. Kindly help me.

Can mail server work without publisher. i have no publisher license. only SBE Server

i am doing but no test mail is going to my mail id. Kindly Guide me for mail server.If My Any reload Fail Then one mail Should go to my mail id.

Yes you can do this setting if you don't have Publisher then also you can set-

System-> Setup->expand Management Service->Qlikview servers->QVS@... ->got to alert tab there you can add users whom you want to send email.
