I am trying to represent the Bar chart representation with multiple dimensions in singel Bar chart. But it is not showing the required view.

could you please help on this query..

I would like to create the bar chart like below.. all the lables are dimensions in this image.

I have year and months data with available VC BOM

Year       month    VC BOM available

How to represent the these data in bar chart like.. How to write the expression to get the bar chart like below..
