How to set the label for the partial sums in a Pivot Table

Hi everyone! Please tell me how to set the label for the partial sums in a PivotTable to the label depended on another dimension in this table?

The labels for the totals could be calculated but not depending on the dimensions of the chart else like textbox-calculations always against the global.
