How to share Bookmarks created by one user with rest of all users

We are currently using QV 10 SR4 ...enterprise edition. In AJAX mode our user created a Bookmark and he wanted to share with another users. But that was not happening even though when he shared that Bookmark with another users.Any help on this greatly appriciated. I have enabled the following options.

As per update from QlikTech that there is bug with QV10 SR4 that is in access point in AJAX mode under the select Bookmark dropdown if the number of bookmarks are more than 10 then you will not be able see the scroll bar to see the 11 bookmark. This is a known issue this got fixed in QV 10 SR5. the work around for this is right click on the application in access point go to ---> repository ( which will have graph shape by the side of that option)---> go to bookmarks and then select the required bookmark.

In IE plug in mode you if you dont see the bookmark go to more and then select the required bookmark

Thank you for your respons Romina. Where do we need to enable the below option in Enterprise management console or else do we need to reinstall the software.  Please help me on this.

Note that according to the reference manual, the option for Server Objects should goven only sheet objects (which makes sense).  But in our installation, this had to be enabled else the server bookmarks could not be shared.

From the Reference Manual for "Allow Server Objects"

This check box must be enabled, if remote clients are to be allowed to create and share sheet objects with this document on the QlikView Server.

Hi Either of this two answers should satisfy your condition: let me know if this works

Makesure that down the document level Under settings> sheet properties>security>check "Add Sheet Objects" and under Settings > DocumentProperties> Server Objects all three are checked.  If you go into Ajaxclient, you should see the "repository" ( it looks like a small barchart)

If the above solution does not work then What License you have in Qlikview:

Standard Edition: A licensed version that includes Studio, the Data Integration Engine and Repository and enables usage of up to 8 CPUs/cores.
