How to show Multiple Bar Charts in one Object

I'm building a dashboard where I'm being asked to show multiple bar charts in one object.  I've tried to create a chart but don't see where I tell it to create a separate chart for each employee.  I found a Help Desk Management sample file that shows a separate chart for each Employee that counts the Priority but when I create it I just get one chart with each employee listed at the bottom.

Hi,

Select the Trellis option on your dimensions tab in the chart builder,

Use Trellis Chart which will be available under 'Dimension' tab
