How to show a Month data, disregard on what Day user selected?

Hi guys,

I have a request here.

User have given me a list of data with a standard day - exmaple: every month user wil provide this data on date 13/10/2018.

But i have other analysis that need to view by daily, i dont want , when i click on 14/10/2018 , then show no data for this table . example.

My expectation is: when the user click on Month Oct, this data will be displayed, and DISREGARD on what Day the users have selected.

i have provided the sample.qvw file. please help guys.
