How to sort by secondary dimension followed by primary dimension?

Hi all,

i have the following graph.  I need to sort first by each question type from min to max followed by resident name from min to max.

How do i do it ?  Can some one give a simple example ?

Simplify version:

Primary Dimension: Resident Names

Secondary Dimension: Question Types

Expression: (Sum(Data)/ Count Record)
