How to sort high to low for multiple columns

Hello Community,

Is there a way to sort highest to lowest number for each column? At the beginning of each week, all days will reset to 0 calls and the call will start the populate depending on the day of the week we are on. 

So on the example below the next day would be Saturday. I would need Sat column to automatically sort highest to lowest and then same for Sun when we are on Sunday.
