How to stop deleting the last selection in the selection box.

Here is my senario:

Therae are multiple selections made which can be seen in the Selection box.

My requirement is to let all the selections removed except one "Country".

I have added two actions on Reset Section button:

1. Clear All

2. Select in field : Country ='Inida' for example

It works perfectly. But in the selection box if user click on the "Clear Icon" of country, it removes as well.

I want following:

I need to show "Clear Icon" for all of the filters in Current selection box but somehow make it inactive or some thing so even if user click on  "Clear Icon" of country it wont work.

PS: I have seen couple of application which have this functionality, but I can't figure it out how I can do it.

Can someone help me out in this regard?

Would you ever need to select more than one country? 

If not, edit the field's List Box properties and check "Always One Selected Value".

If it is greyed out, make sure to first select one item in that field and check again.

This will force that field to only have one value selected at a time, which also means that it cannot be entirely cleared.

Thanks for your reply but yes I need to select more than one countires as well.
