How to sum two diff field values in charts

How can I sum the requests and problems columns and show only one organization name for the aggregated result

Data:

Org id	Organization	# Requests	# Problems
1145	(AHS)	36	140
1145	(AHS) - 1.0	634,381	4,427,468

Expected output:

Org id	Organization	# Requests	# Problems
1145	(AHS)	634,417	4,427,608
