Hyperlink that executes script in a server

Hi there. Again asking the gurus for some support.

Although this is to be implemented in a QV Server, I think it might be interesting for desktop as well.

How can I add a button that will perform an action in the server (say launching a script), which will end up downloading a file in the user computer?
