I am not getting correct data 'Actual cost'

Hi All

Now the 'Actual cost' counts getting the fees twice (s. attachment "Differences_2016"),Year: 2016 ,Periods: 1 - 10  its adding External, internal Allocation its adding (150) i want only Act cost (75) to display
