I got a requirement to provide section access on Export functionality

Hello All,

I have created  bar chart. I have created a export functionality to export the details in excel format. Now as per the new requirement export functionality should have section access.

When user a clicks on Export, excels shows data for all the cities. I want user 'A' should be able to extract only London's count, user 'B' should be able to extract only Moscow's count and likewise.
