I have changed ownership of an App to a user. But she does not see it in her My Work.

The Security rules for the App allow her to Read, Update and Publish the App. But the App is not available in the My Work section in her Qlik Sense Hub.

Same App was duplicated and ownership was changed to another user. He is able to view the app in "My work" section. would this be related to User Attributes ? How can it be resolved ?

Is that app still published? She won't see it in her My Work stream then unless she first duplicates it. She can then modify the duplicate in her My Work stream.

Hi Gysbert,

The App is not published. She is able to see the App in my work after some delay(1-2 hours). Could there be any delay in Sync between the nodes ? Can it be fixed ?

This is similar to the following thread - Duplicate app in Hub

We have found that the content admin needs to have Delete privs as well in order to right click on an app to duplicate to My Work.

Posting the actual resolution for this issue.

There was a Sync issue between the Rim nodes and it was fixed after re-installation of one of the Rim node.
