Iam loading data in to qlikview from excel file which contains lakhs of data after taking that one in to straight table and iam sending that data in to excel file from staright table it is showing only 8000 records .

This is because your data has duplicate records

in Straight table it will remove duplicate values.

Even I have  experienced this case , looks like this is an bug when you are exporting table with big data.

The straight chart will aggregate data based on the dimensions and expressions you added to the straight table. The results in the straight table are aggregated results, not the source records from your excel document.

After removing dublication records also it must come around 1,06000 records but it showing only 6000 records

how many dimensions u have added and expression ,

for that dimesnions and related to expression data only will load in to the qlikview

not entire data ,

Couple of questions to check...

1. Are you reducing the data while loading by using a Where clause?

2. Are you using a field to calculate the number of rows like Count(Row_ID). If yes, can you bring that field into a table box, export to excel and count the number of rows?

3. Is the data file you are loading available in a single sheet with no blank rows?
