Identify Duplicate Values & No Values

Hi

I have a sample list below with Code and Description.  I want to create the following:

Duplicate Codes  (those in red)

• :  A  Chart Table Showing only those Codes that are duplicates
•    A Text Box,  showing a count of those codes that are duplicates.  (answer should be 5)

Codes with No Description  (those in blue)

• :  A  Chart Table Showing only those Codes that have no description
•    A Text Box,  showing a count of those codes that are duplicates.  (answer should be 6)

Count (If(Aggr(Count(code),code)>1,code) )
