create first a dummy qvw document define on it a task that reloads then define 2 tasks to your 2 documents and make them trigger just after the success of the task on the dummy document
Setup two task and set the trigger for the same time. You can also do what ali_hijazi said and create a task and have the other two task run on completion of the first task.
