Ignore dimension when using first sorted value

Hi all,

I have an issue while attempting to ignore month selection when using first sorted value function.

My expected output is :

When Month is selected, Q1-Q4 should not be filtered.

 

Now when Month(Jul) is selected, Q2-Q4 is filtered out.

 

How can I achieved the result where:

When month is selected, Q1-Q4 still remains as well?
