Import pivot table from Excel into Qlikview

I am trying to import excels files into Qlikview as below format :

I have tried Crosstable but didn't work.

Any suggestions?

Hi this one is working in qlikview. the same scenario in qlik sense not working. in inline load showing error can anyone help me. thanks
