Include Chart in Pivot table

I have certain number of students who gave their responses to specific questions, and I need to display the total number of responses as a color coded chart within the pivot table. Here is the sample of how I need it. Could someone help me with this?

The color code for each response is as below:

Response	Color Code
Excellent	Green
Good	Yellow
Average	Red

Required Pivot table with Chart

Questions              Total No.Students       Responses

Question1                             25               (say 5 of them answered average, 8 good and the rest answered average)
