Incremental Reload Examples (Insert, Update, & Delete)

Hi Community,

I'm new to qlikview and having a hard time understanding incremental reloads. Do you guys probably have a step-by-step Incremental Reload guide (in QVW form) or projects on the following types:

• Insert, Update, & Delete

Also welcome:

• Insert Only
• Insert and Update

example:
