Incremental load

Can anyone explain how the incrmental load works? In detail would be nice or give me a document I can read about it.

If you search for "Using QVD files for incremental load" in the Qlikview Reference Manual.pdf file there is a fairly comprehensive overview there.  You can find the PDF in C:\Program Files\QlikView\Documentation.
