Individual design of pivot - Fat line after dimension

Hi,

is there a way to create a individual design for pivot charts?

I want a fat line (across the whole chart) after every value of the first dimension.

Have a look at this application from "Share QlikViews" http://community.qlik.com/media/p/14.aspx (the app is called "colors")

As far as I know, it is the only way to change to look of your charts in QV.

I would suggest that you copy the macro and add it to your application (with a few modifications in the macro, it is a very handy t tool to have within your applications).

In my opinion it should be much more easy to design the lines in tables. Many user export the tables to excel, just for adding fat lines

You can modify the border line size and many other attributes by right clicking in the cell and selecting "Custom Format Cell". If "Custom Format Cell" is not offered, check on Settings->User Prefs->Design->Always Show Design Menu Items.

Aaah...I see...a new feature.

We still haven't upgraded from v8 on our servers yet - and v9 is only on my personal pc.

I guess there still is a few exiting things to explore in the newer versions of QV.
