Because the record Col1 'D' does not accept data entry?

Dimensions to my knowledge can not be altered in the same way as expressions via the inputsum() function.

If you need to change the Dimension values I'd look to use a mapping load to get the values you want.

The value '0 'in column COL3 does not change.
